Win8.1上邮政储蓄银行网银不能使用，在从支付平台跳转到邮储页面时显示Error 404--Not Found
当在win8.1系统的Thinkpad电脑上，用银行卡支付时，从银联选择邮政储蓄银行，然后跳转时报错：
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.
解决方法：
控制面板——时钟、语言和区域——语言——高级设置（页面左侧靠上），将页面拉倒最后，把“不允许网站访问我的语言列表。转而使用我的日期、时间和数字格式的语言”勾上，重启浏览器，问题即完美解决。
